Health Care for All New Yorkers (HCFANY) is a coalition working to promote universal health coverage in New York State. HCFANY has developed 10 standards for measuring health coverage reform plans. Many of you may remember former Governor Spitzers "Partnership for Coverage" hearings in the February. Some of you may have joined the coalition for the People's Hearing in Albany in May.
